I have a cateye opticube front blinkie. It works great, except it's hard to keep on the bike. I've lost the little clamp that holds the bands together. Anyone know of how to get a replacement?

Rig some zip ties. Inelegant, but probably stronger. I had an Opticube. I used to keep it in a box. One night, I went to get it to put on my bike and it was in two pieces and completely useless.
