Alright folks post'em-whats your favorite workouts and drills to make you prepped for pukin during the weekend-and the local bar trips don't count ;)

Mine:
Barrier loop: Find a short hill in a field, set one barrier at the base of the hill, 50 meters from the hill set up a normal set of double barriers, 1 interval is sprinting from the double barrier to the hill dismounting and running the hill, remounting and then going full speed into the double barriers

Turn arounds: Find a field 100-150 meters long and back and forth, powering out of each turn around

And theres always simply single track...

*barriers are constructed using two buckets and pvc pipe-much more forgiving than wooden barriers and a lot more portable*
