Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I'm set to go for cold weather from the waist up. Haven't been able to find a solution for leg warmers and waterproof bottoms to fit though. Flip a traffic cone upside down, that's basically my leg geometry
Hemming the waterproof bottoms isn't an option; they always have some kind of zipper system that precludes hemming.
Can anyone suggest sources that might have something to work for me?
Thx
Mike
A couple solutions that might work, Bell Weather make a pretty nice winter tight with fleece inside, and a ripstop nylon front. Pearl Iszumi has a the Amfib tight that I wore all last winter. Not as warm as the Bell Weathers.

i could never afford the tights with stirups...but those are supposed to fit the best. the rest of specialized garmet industry is getting better fit solutons..made to fit. One day the bike industry will realize that grumpy old men ride a lota miles...and could use some bike clothes that fit. My only hope is that some big bike company has a marketing genius who can see the demographic forrest for the trees. I've been to an official perl izumi store...hardly anything fits. kucharic seems to be the best i've come up with...but i have not tried thier tights. I've spoken to a couple of thier reps...give em a call and ask if they will fit you..they might even do custom.
