Can I get a wider tire? My tire right now is a 1.95 and v-brakes not discs. It looks like I have enough clearence but can I do it? I want to up-grade to about a 2.35.

depends on your fork, v brakes should clear the tyre on installation (i.e. inflate AFTER) but it'll be a squeeze getting your wheels off, make a quick measurement between your calipers after disengaging them or take it to lbs and see. I'd be more concerned about your fork having the right clearance, but they nowadays all of them should clear 2.5.

Take your bike to the shop and have them try to stick a wheel with a 2.25" tire into your frame and fork. You may find that you can only put 2.1" in your frame while your fork will probably fit a 2.5" inch or larger. If so, it is perfectactly acceptable, and recommended by some, to run a narrower tire in the rear where it will dig into mud better.
Just remember that tire sizes vary from one manufacturer to another. Also remember that smaller clearence may also dictate that you keep your wheels a tad bit truer (1mm tolerance).

Has anybody ever used this (http://www.blueskycycling.com/product794_52_-Panaracer-Fire-XC-Pro-Kevlar-2.1-Tire-127-Tpi.htm) tire? I like the looks and the diffrent tread for front and rear. And my bike is mostly red so this will look good. What is the wear on-road? I ride to- and back from school every day. And will I need a new tube going from a 1.95 to a 2.1? sorry for my newb-ness :D

Roughrider, I have the weirwolf tubeless 2.1, and I love it. If you're going to run it with a tube, tho, you may as well by the non-tubeless version, which is cheaper by about $6-$10/tire and about 200 grams lighter per tire.
But yes, you definitely can run it with a tube if you like.
Anyway, the tread works great in the southern AZ rocks, drops, and cactus. it's been fine in the the little bit of mud it's seen, tho that's not much. It does tend to kick up small pebbles, so probably some mud, too. But it's a minor inconvenience for an otherwise awesome tread (at least it's awesome for southern AZ)

Man I have to convince my wife I need one of these bikes. Or a thunderwing, I would love to be able to float and ride in the sand at the beach at 10psi. I just think it would be sweet.
 That tire is HUGE! Thats gotta be more then 3" wide.
I think they are the 3.7'' endomorphs

I went pick up my tire today at my lbs. I picked this tire because of it's tread. But they only had one  so I put this tire on th back. . .BEST TIRE EVER!! :D I can tell the diffrence from the back and front like night and day! I like to run on sand and when I was testing it my front tire was sinking and the back new tire never sunk! http://www.bike24.net/images/products/p011035.jpg
