Hey just dusting off a Schwinn Spinner a friend gave me this summer and was wondering if anyone had any good spinning dvd suggestions. I've never taken a spinning class but I hear that a good "sargent" can really get you going. I have the bike, a heart rate monitor and fan, now I just need a bit of motivation.
Also anyone fit thier spinner with a cadence sensor or speedometer?
