Just wondering if there rae any "Kuston" groups---(or just guys) that might be into building Kuston type bikes in Texas.

Don't know of a group. There is Juan Deleon http://www.bikevato.com/
He also runs Vintage Bicycle Club of Texas. The last Vintage Bike show/swap meet I went to, there were some Kustoms entered.
