I find it really annoying sometimes i'll forget to press the "quick reply button, and instead press back, or the forum link, but if i go forward of back, it never keeps what i wrote in the little quick reply window, sometimes the site just reloads on it's own (no i'm not hitting the F5 key) and i lose EVERYTHING!!!! It's really getting anoying, other board software has no problem saving that text but why can't BF??

Adding strikethrough text option would be really good, i just spent 5 minutes trying to get it to work with regular html tag's but not even that works, it's like there's some anti-html code thing enabled, so you can only use the limited text modifiers of B I and U... aswell as CODE # (which is actually called "pre" for preformated text), HTML <> which seems to do nothing, since regular html codes doesn't even work in it and even if it did work who would want one word of a sentence in a big'ol box on a different line, and the ever valuable "QUOTE"

I think Maelstrom may know better, but the software limits how much html coding we can do here. Sorry...

I also don't think we can do anything about the disappearing text. The only thing I can tell you to do is write up your responses in wordpad, then copy and paste to your reply box. Then if you hit the wrong button, you still don't lose your work. I usually use my wordpad to do my responses, because sometimes, my resposes are so long that I get timed out of bikeforums before I can post, and it can be painful when you've just spent an hour typing up a thoughtful response.
