I've been riding for a few weeks now and noticed I have a pulse/tingling sensation on the tendion just below my right groin. It's not painful and isn't causing me discomfort but I really notice an odd sensation. What is this?

No nothing strange with the twig and berries. this is more the large tendon or what ever down my inside leg. Yesterday was a really hard ride, only 10 miles but we did it in 30 minutes on our mountain bikes. My legs are thrashed at the moment but nothing bad. I can't tell if it's a muscle twitching or what. Any thoughts out side of me hooking up with some "strange"?
