Alright, its been about 600 miles and Im still finding that my Sidi 3 shoes are still giving me some pain in the arch, or a hot spot right over the speedplay cleat? The size is right, but even with adjusting the clamp/click adjustment, the velco adjustments - still a touch of pain. I can certainly can deal with it, however - I find that my cheap shimano road shoes worked just as well as the high end Sidi 3 shoes? I guess I was expecting a great shoe performance, going from a 40 dollar pair to a 100+ shoe?

I had a problem once with my diadoras, I had a "hot spot" river over the cleat and could not figure out why it hurt, then I realized the screws I was using to keep the cleat on the shoe were too long and actually pushing on the padding in the shoe, causing a bulge. perhaps this is the problem you have? the only other idea I have is to try a shoe insert for extra padding. Almost everyone I have talked to has liked their sidi shoes. good luck :(

Try moving your cleat forward two or three millimeters.
