I have a Adam trail-a-bike that has a rear deraileur. The front is fixed. The chain keeps coming off the front chain ring. Everything looks ok except the tension of the chain may be low. Any suggestions?

If all the teeth on the front chain ring are ok, taking out a link or two of the chain should give you enough tension.
