Hey now, I have a Giant Sedona that has as a clamp sandwich type assembly to position the seat tilt and such. There is a waffle type plate under there that I have worn out. Anyone know where I can order one direct??

I'd be surprised if you couldn't tighten it enough so it stays put, even with worn ribbed surfaces. You might try putting in a piece of rubber sheet to increase friction if brute force doesn't work.

If brute force doesn't work, then you're not using enough force. ;)
