Bicycle Mechanics - best biking site

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Sheldon Brown.com He really is a know-it-all.
Fore repair help if it isn't Sheldon
I'd go with Park Tool. They have some
good info, and pictures so even newbies (myself)
could figure some of the repairs out.

Some of my fav [semi-]commercial sites are
Peter White Cycles
Torelli
Henry James (lug-maker)
For good practical bike readings see Myra at http://simon.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/bike/tips.html
Some people like Colarado Cyclist, but its never done much for me.
Petes Bike Index has a lot of dead links, but most of the cycling cyber world is there

Most definitely Sheldon Brown.
But I also learned a whole lot from Jobst Brandt. He has a bunch of usenet posts archived here:
