I had to do a rear derailleur adjustment on my Campy Centaur gruppo. Definitely not as easy as Shimano. But it is shifting very smoothly now. However, I don't feel or hear as distinct a click in the right shifter as I think there was before the adjustment. (The left shifter has a nice crisp clcik when pressed). Any idea of what happened to the click?

The click is in the shifter not the derailleur. Maybe time to rebuild the brifters.

If the click was there before the 'adjustment',the shifter did not just magically go TU.The G springs are what usually go and they gradually weaken. Muppets remain the prime suspect.
