Hello,

I just got a rear rack for my grasshopper and was wondering if anyone can recommend a particularly nice rack pack. Waterproof or very water resistant would be a plus. I'm not looking for anything too wide or too heavy. A more aero shaped one would be cool, most of the ones I have seen so far are more like a plain box, I guess I don't mind what it looks like very much.
Someone recemmended Ortlieb panniers which I think look good, just have to decide on the size. Thank you very much,
-Andrew

http://www.bentrideronline.com/ From this link, have a look at Arkel. We use their GT54 panniers and their Tailpack on our Rans Screamer. Solid workmanship using bullet-proof materials. I think the Tailpack is what you're looking for. Holds a ton of stuff, all the essentials, so it's on the bike all the time. When necessary, it will even take my wife's big SLR camera nestled securely among the spare tubes. It comes with its own rain cover; bottom is waterproof. Very easy to remove with 4 velcro straps, but secure. Happy hunting.
