Haven't seen much mention of this event (http://msnyc.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=103848) throughout the forums. I guess it's up to the FG/SS riders now.

And if not, who dares sponsor me for a couple bucks?

It's not a pyramid scheme, honest. It isn't a rhombus scheme, either.
For those who might be interested in riding this...
If you:
scrape together 50 bucks - you're a 30 mile rider.
earnestly raise 75 bucks, you get your 60 miler.
heist 100 bucks, you get the full monty.
I'm gonna give it a shot.
