I've heard that the diamondback is a stout bike, but they tend to be heavy... I couldn't find a weight for that model either. I really like the WTP 4seasons. I've ridden one and I think it feels nice. Hopefully theres someone who has or had one of these bikes so they can comment a bit more. If it was me, I'd go with WTP.

You both suck.

Sorry, just had to do it. Seriously though, I don't think Diamondback has been a contender for a while now.

the only thing about the eastern is it looks cheap and heavy to me. but ive only seen pics. i also cannot find the weight on that bike. i dont really like how it has 48h wheels 14mm with axles all around. id rather a 36h and 3/8 up front. ive never even seen an eastern? are they durable. my bikes are usually damn near totaled after 6 months after riding 5-9 hours min a day through rain or snow. i need a bike for street, dirt, park.

if u the eastern is so good conivnce me why? give me some details on it. im pretty much all ears for any company, id like to have a brand ive never owned b4.

however this is what i dont like about the eastern ace of spades:

-black rims all around (i prefer chrome in the back)
-14mm axels all around (i prefer 3/8 up front)
-48h wheels/hub all around (i prefer 36h up front)
-external headset (i prefer internal)
-has a couch for a seat (i prefer slim)
-20" top tupe to short for me (im 6'1 and my knees barley clear my step already)
-crank arms look cheap (for some reason me and cranks dont get along too well)
-looks heavy (but thats just an assumption)
-ive never seen or met some one that has an eastern (so i dont know how well i trust the company)
-solid sprocket (id rather have one thats been machined and is lighter and better looking)

What i like about it:
-the gearing
-the name (lol)

if you know so much about these components, why would you consider buying a stock bike?

hey man dont go with eastren they fall apart when riding hard my first instinct when street riding would be something like a specailized fuse its sturdy not to heavy and alot of fun and an extremely smoth ride with some add parts

i thinks that a bit drastic dude. i reckon if the bike way set up properly, it has no reason to fall apart. if all Easton's bikes fell apart, they wouldn't be in business.
