From what I heard from a very reliable source, Cosmic Carbones are NOT good. They are very heavy $1000 wheelsets! I think they wight 2kg, a set of 105/Open Pros are even lighter! Think about it, you are paying BIG bucks for a wheelset that helps slow down your acceleration.
If you want a set of Carbones just because the pros use it, think again. The pros' Carbones are DIFFERENT from the ones being sold in the market.
You'd be better off getting a set of Ksyriums which are light and VERY strong. If you wanna save money, Ultegra/Open Pros will do the job BETTER than Carbones at a LESSER price.

Yes, Cosmic Carbon weight much heavier than a Ksyrium, by 180 Grams on the front wheels, and by 190 grams on the rear wheels, but we are talking about the aero dynamic aspect of the wheels, and cosmic carbon will come out much better than a Ksyrium

all the wheels you mentions are good, although I don't know much about Rolf, Rolf is also a good buy, but try Looking for the Tour de France News about the Pro Peloton preference, the News came out last years TdF, what they say about the Rolf.....
