Touring - any ideas for touring morocco over xmas?

I already asked you guys re southern europe and got some helpful replies. I'm now picking yr mutual brains re morocco.

50+ miles a day, staying in hostels/b&b's, 2 x 29 yr old fellas, ordinary guys (other than on full moons)

morocco is great.
Avoid the riff area, it is all about hash and unless you are into that, better avoid it.
I loved the dessert, risanni, might be ok temperature in december.
todgha and dades valleys are beautifull, much oppertunity for off road cycling.
nice places to stay in the valleys.

Dont miss marakesh, maybe not nice to cycle there, but the square is fantastic with all the fortune tellers, traditional medicine food etc.

If you speak a little french, it will help a lot. English is spoken, but not widly.
