68 i think, i think it looks pretty cool but it adds so much weight to the bike so i might take them off

'Take them off'?
yeh, take off about half of those spokes. good call. you should also drill some "speed holes" in the frame to make it lighter.
Why are there 2 versions of this thread?

All over just start drilling and keep going until it looks like a block of Swiss cheese. How old are you?

Ok, I'm going to be nice now, or at least as best I can. That bike looks like it was put together with parts from a bunch of other bikes, none of them good. If that's all you have, no worries. Ride it and have fun. But if you can mow lawns or wash cars to pick weeds or something, whatever, do that and save some money for a better bike. It's old, it's heavy, and it's not even strong. You can learn some tricks on it, but you'l be limited as to what you can do. And no, you can't take off some spokes or drill out the frame, that was all a joke.
Cheers.

So I happened to stumble across this thread when I was googling my username. Are any of these guys still active? Because man you guys were harsh. Sure I was a foolish little 15 year old that didn't know how to type, but still i wasn't ******** as a I seemed.
I just thought I would clear things up, sorry to revive a 5 year old thread. I just completely forgot about this and got some chuckles about how much of a horrible typer I was.
'Take them off'?
I meant the rims, not the spokes.

Fairdale is hardly in jefferson county, it's pretty far away from where I lived

Jerry Garcia died five years before this thread started, but some of the dead still play together as Further.

More like ten years.
edit: Totally read it as "some of the dead still play together with Der Fuhrer" and immediately thought of this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-KQh87_V2Q).
yeah math never was my strong point. So 2005 - 1995 does not equal 5? doh!
When I read Der Fuhrer, I thought of this. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mm-UYmc69GI)
