I was in my LBS this afternoon with my daughter - she is the the one that spied it.

The Kona Jake 2-4.

A 24 inch wheel, full on CX bike, with an Easton Race frame.

Double crank, shimano 9 speed and Shimano Sora shifters and derailleurs.

It is seemingly a brand new model and does not show up on the Kona web-site. The staff at the LBS told me it is new in the catalogue.

Absolutely beautiful, I know what my daughter's next bike will be - she made that clear.

Wasn't sure whether to post this on the CX forum or here - but I think a wider audience here.
