Dark greenish/brownish older American car, on that side road the runs alongside the north side of Foothill expressway in Los Altos, the guy (a teenish-20'ish with short hair, more like shaved head) came up behind another rider and myself and kept honking his horn randomly, came like 2 inches close to me and 4 inches close to the other rider, then pulled into a driveway on that road, on the north side, that has a big lawn and what looks like some fruit trees. This was between the fire station and the shopping center.

Just saying, in case anyone else has met this clown.

Don't have the license number. But we go by there all the time, I for one am going to look for the guy and try to get the license no.
