Hello from central florida..... been riding ever since my dad let go of my seat in the driveway :o)
First it was an old schwinn...blue with silver, i was too small to sit on the seat even when dropped so i rode on the back fender pedaling chopper style!!!
next up was a purple schwinn with a gold bananna seat!! tassles and all... it got me thru jr.high -- yeah it was geeky but hey it went like the wind! FREEDOM
when i left home the bmx phase was just getting started so i got a schwinn predator...i think i liked it cause of the wheels....that bike and i did everything together. :o)
in 1992 i walked into LBS and fell in love with the Mongoose Rockadile -- still have it -- stock-- it's my commuter bike, since my commute affords me dirt and grass !! 24 miles roundtrip...it does the job.
One day, one day MAYBE i'll retire it....maybe.
