I wasn't sure which forum to post this to but this forum seemed the most appropriate because of the individuals here who are knowledgeable about nutrition.
With the winds really picking up and the temps dropping, I have noticed that my body is starting to feel the load on it more than earlier this year ( and my gears are dropping ) so I must be using quite a bit more energy for colder weather biking. Does anyone modify their diet to account for colder and windier weather? If so, dietary, what do you modify to stay healthy and help your body adjust and/or sustain.
Thanks
