Get a new frame, that crack will migrate to your face if you ride it much longer.
don't got the $$ right now though.

than wait till you have the money before you ride again.

Well, with God on your side, that problem should be fixed rather quickly. Right? Right?
i'll ride till it breaks, regardless of my face.

Ok then. And you've got faith, so you don't need a helmet, right?

what do you have against people who believe in God?

Nothing. But he's got faith, so he's going to ride his broken bike until he crashes, and he's not worried about cracking open his head. Good deal. Reminds me of an early Eric Clapton band.

JMC, i think you should either not ride the frame, fix it, or buy a new one. buying another frame will be much cheaper than the hospital bill you'll get after you get impelled(sp?) by some tubing. in other words, if you keep riding it, you may end up paying much more than it would cost to buy a new frame

wow you people act like you can get hurt if your frame is cracked and bends.

I'd try to weld it while you wait to get another frame. At least that way the crack won't get any bigger. If you don't know how to weld, I'm sure you can find a welder in your town that'll do it pretty cheaply, I used to do jobs like that for $15-20.

That's besides the point. I was just thinking Clapton in general.

how hard are you going to ride the frame?

What kind of welder did you use?
I used a TIG welder
how hard are you going to ride the frame?
as hard as i usually do, so i guess there will be alot of stress on the frame at that particular point. i'm in the process of organising another frame, but it will take awhile, so i'll rdie till it breaks. it don't matter to me how much you guys diss me, or how much you may talk about the injury possibility, cuz the fact remains, i'm gonna ride, and i'm gonna ride hard, and i'm gonna ride well.

And you're going to end up with a broken frame and your seatstay through your leg. Have fun.
And, BTW, when a frame cracks, it is broken, so you really can't continue riding it "until it breaks." Because it already is.

Ginger Baker is the coolest name ever.

Why are these "Religious types" so rude?
Ginger Baker is the coolest name ever.
Yeah, but musicians always get the cool names. For instance, Miles Davis, Muddy Waters, BB King. I see a trend here. Ginger doesn't fit in there.
