I'm just wondering what type of budget upgrade for a RST Gilla T4 suspension fork that came with my Specialized hardrock 2004 you folks might recommend for me.
I am a 6'2" (feet/inch) rider at 215 lbs (which I plan to lose some of :) )..
I dont think that my RST with coils is really cutting it at my size. I think I would benefit from a fork upgrade. I'm learning my way around bike wrenching, so I am not afraid of that.
I'm looking to budget 100-200 dollars.. Keep in mind that the whole bike cost me 300ish bucks so I'm sure that a 100-200 budget is leaps and bounds upgrade over the fork I have now.
Just wondering what some of you fine folks may have to say. It is a 100mm fork.
Thank you for reading,
Tim
