After listening to my body and systematically removing and introducing various foods, I'm eliminating fats, carbohydrates and protein from my diet. Does anyone have any good links or info? I'm finding it hard to find any products that have 0 of each.

Looks like you've just provided justification for the vodka-only diet. Enjoy!

There's only one I know of, but it's a chemical compound that's dangerous in large quantities: hydrogen hydroxide.
Supermodel diet.

just think about how many preservatives you can have! you may be onto
something, if you find out what they use in twinkies to make them last
so long - you just may need to wrap yourself in plastic wrap....
and you can last forever!

Well don't forget all the fiber. Too funny... :) You really have to eat at least one of the major energy sources. I'm sure this thread is a joke.
I think Splenda fits the description.

All foods are made up of carbs, proteins, or fats (or combinations thereof). Fiber is a considered a carb. All are essential in your diet.
Sorry.

Fiber is a considered a carb.
Yeah wrongly considered. We can't eat hay like cows for food. We need it for other purposes; mostly #2 and heart health.

I've been living on Nutra-Sweet for weeks.
Aside of the mild side effects, eyes and nails bleeding, with headaches/massive loss of memory....
YUMMY!!!

Total carbohydrates include fiber and sugar alcohols. Net or effective carbs subtract out fiber. Sometimes the sugar alcohols are subtracted out.
I know about carbs. Trust me, I'm diabetic and have to worry about carbs everyday, every meal.

How about water? You can drink it in the liquid state or make an oatmeal (minus the oats - which are found in the cereal aisle) out of it by running ice cubes through the blender. Oh and for dessert, you can just put toothpicks in the ice tray and make popsicles!
Your can also pour yourself a big bowl of air!
good luck.

I think the OP was making a joke (thread). It is impossible to cut out Fat, carbs, and protein as those three things make up all food.

Mind you ... for those who want to lose 20 lbs by New Year's Eve or whenever, eating absolutely nothing for something less than 8 weeks would probably do it. :D They wouldn't be able to do much during that time, but those are the sacrifices you've got to make to look like a skeleton.
Start now and you'd be well on your way to having the perfect costume for halloween!!

What show was it where someone said that humans do not need to consume Earth-matter to live? We just need sunlight and air!!! :) Obviously that line of humans are not prevalent in our population for a reason...
