This happened with a standard hybrid in a cross-country skiing track with no helmet (and no studded front wheel). Standard winter time front wheel slip when snow is starting to turn into ice.

does this mean you weren´t wearing your helmet and you fell off and injured your head?
it doesnt look from the picture that a helmet would have helped with your injury much unless you have a full face one
I hope you recover soon

Thanks royalflash, I'm all right again. I didn't cycle last winter, but now I'm thinking getting studded wheel for the upcoming one.

you need a mountain bike with some studded tyres for those conditions (preferably with wide rims)
if that won´t do it then you will just have to take up cross country skiing :)
