Well I've got to head off to a black tie social event this evening and I just got around to hunting for my black pants. Not in the closet...not in the hamper...not in the cedar chest...not under the bed...where could they be? Oh yea, at work waiting patiently for me to wear them next week. D'oh. Looks like I'm going to get an extra dozen miles on the bike today. But at least the Decatur Beer Festival is going on this afternoon so I'll get two extra chances to stop by and drink.

Hope you weren't already wearing your shirt and jacket when you went looking for the pants.

I'm simply concerned that he didn't wear his pants on the way to get his pants.

That whole thing with SLVOID has permanently scarred me...

I'll take the hindered the other way. I pulled some muscle in my back riding and am trying to not use it to rest it so I can get on the bike soon. So I am going out to Brooklyn to a friend's house in the Slope by train. I have to take the A train which isn't running, but you don't know that till you see the notices on the platform and you have missed one train you do need. Then go to west 4th and SWEAT it out because it is like 400 degrees there, all the while gufawing over this threat that no one believes but kind of...

Going out by bike even in this massive downpour/windstorm of a day would have been easier, dryer, cheaper and way more fun. I am used to it, and now lazier in a sense, and would rather just ride, even in the worst of conditions.
