Training & Nutrition - Winter training plan to intense

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am 17 yrs old, about 205lbs right now. I am a football player so I packed on a few pounds for the season and I wrestle at 189lbs so I am going to drop that weight before December. Well I am getting and indoor trainer for my road bike because I live in Ohio and winter's suck and plan on riding it either in the morning before school or at night after practice. But I also plan to lift pretty hardcore after school(i get out at 1pm and practice wont start until 330 so i need somethin to do and I love to lift) then go to wrestling practice and anybody that has been to a wrestling practice knows it can get pretty intense. So my question is will riding and hour + on the trainer, lifting, and wrestling be too much? Im in good shape and pretty athletic(not bragging).

I played football and wrestled myself, also in Ohio (Valley Forge HS)...way too many years ago. Screw the trainer, ride to school. I used to ride 5 miles to school on my single-speed Schwinn 'tank', go to practice after school, then ride another 6 miles to work, work 4 hours, then ride 5 miles home to get some sleep and start all over again. Yeah, you can handle it.
I live 11 miles from school and I live in the country! The snow wont let me ride in the winter. I ain't doubting that I can do it I was just wondering if it would be over training. I have been known to do that a few times( go figure a wrestler overtrain lol)
I doubt if anybody can tell if you're overtraining just by knowing what you do. You know you're overtraining if your resting HR goes up, you feel tired all the time, you have trouble concentrating, you get sick a lot, performance gets worse, and a few other symptoms. Why don't you ask your coach about it? If he doesn't know, find somebody who does.
