Blank screen in chat room?

Hey all,
I am having difficulty getting into the chat room. All I end up with is a bland screen after the "enter the chat room" button is pushed. Is there a program I am supposed to have to make this work like mschat or something like that?

What browser are you using? What OS (windows / mac)?

It should take just a few secconds to load the chat room after you click the link.
