Question: I was looking at Cervelo's website and I noticed the P2 SL uses a 650 wheel on the 51cm bike....is there a reason for this?

Yes, it had to do with the frame geometry in 2005.
HOWEVER, the 2006 has 700's and that is what is shipping from Cervelo now. Yes, they changed their sizing AGAIN. I think they are planning to standardize this year.
