Training & Nutrition - Any place online to post your Heart rate/distance?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ya,
I had an idea that being able to post your training log, would help you stay fit.
So is there like an online diary that you can tell how well your doing?
Thanks

Ideally to be used with polar devices but you could input your info manually.

I'm the author of CycliStats (http://www.CycliStats.com). It's Windows-based software that tracks all your important ride training info (date, time, bike, route, distance, climbing, heart rate, etc.). It also track maintenance, and your personal health stats (weight, blood pressure, etc.). You can also set up training goals, and track your progress. There's a free, fully functional, 30-day trial version available for download from the website.

I am evaluating 4 different ones. I used BIKEPRO for years, it is really nice. I like BikeLog1.9 very much. PolarCycling Coach is very good but is only on-line. PC Coach is about $50, but is very very good. Some of these will import data right from the cyclocomputer, great if you like data collection. Whatever one you may pick, the biggest thing to look for is how well the software will show whatever you use for performance evaluation. I have found all I really to need to track are the results of monthly time trials, but I am a data freak, so I like to watch my resting heart rate, weight, etc. Just don't become a slave to the software.

+1 on bikejournal. A place for all the data from my Polar 720. Including climbing. Its a pretty sweet deal.
