Cyclocross - Is this the Frame for me??

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I mentioned earlier I was looking to do a cross project, and I may have found a frame:
It's a 55cm which fits me and has a Bianchi Carbon Cross fork.
He wants $350, and it's new. He says its a 2002 and is the same as this:

Is that a good buy?
The price sounds good... is it local so you can see the frame before you buy? It would nice so you can check the rear dropout spacing, because the web site didn't spec that.
Beside all that, I think bianchi is a great choice... So go for it if the frame looks to be in good condition.

Yeah it is somewhat local. It's an hour away, but I have to go near the shop for work a couple times a month. I'm planning on going up soon for work, so I'll check it out.
He said it is brand new, never built up. Just been sitting around.
Oh yeah, and it is 130mm spacing

Bianchi makes some really fine bikes and that cross bike is one of them. How could you go wrong for $350?
