I'm going to be putting together a new bike for myself.

I'm looking for suggestions on exactly what parts you guys reccommend I buy.

Frame, Forks, Handlebars, Wheels, Stem, Pegs, Headset, Grips, Seat, seat post, seat post clamp, cranks, sprocket, pedals, Brakes, Tires, break cables, freewheel if you arent getting a cassette wheel.

We're required by law to deliver new bikes with a bell and reflectors. We have a showroom full of Giant carbon road bikes, and their Trance and Reign bikes, all with bells. Even the BMX bikes - Mirra and Bestwick models, with a bell.

What companies do you recommend? I was looking at a MacNeil frame...My BMX buddy says they are a great company.

S&M is all you need to know if you have tons of money and dont care to research yourself. If you are gona throw money at someone, pick S&M.

if i were you, i would get a Volume Ardelean frame, it is strong light and what else do you need in a frame?
