Does anyone know how much the IRO wheelsets are? Or does anyone have a recommendation for another goood pre-built fixie wheels.

Someone is going to say "build your own wheels" as a reply I'm sure....F that noise, I don't want to right now.

Potus said "Go to koko" to which yonderboy responded "I eat cats. They taste good." and then something I don't know. Potus then asked if that were true.

and yeah, get the iro's

he said 'I eat cats' 'they're delicious aren't they?' 'I like cats'

and yeah get the IROs. I think for the aeroheads they are around 180-190.

less. 160, i think, for the basic wheelset. 250 maybe for the deluxe wheelset--IRO hubs with deep V's.

get em.

FWIW, unless you can get wholesale deals on parts from a shop, it's probably cheaper to buy a pre-built set from IRO, so don't stress too much about not building your own.

I'm building up a set right now that are costing me more than I probably would've paid for pre-built IRO wheels, and they're not *that* fancy. Though they are decent. IRO hubs, Mavic Open Pro rims, DT Revolution 14/15 double-butted spokes.

Laced 'em up last night. Should get around to getting them tensioned and trued sometime this weekend. After that the only parts left to get the Nishiki beater rolling again are a cog and a lockring (Plus, maybe, a front chainring. Anyone know where I can get a 44T 130 BCD *black* chainring relatively inexpensively?).

$184 for silver $194 for all black. As of the last time their page was updateded the silver wheels are silver hubs, spokes and black machined rims.

Yeah, I'm already rocking the MARK V, Tony is going to get the business from me when the site comes back up, I just wanted to have a price range in mind.
