A few years back I trashed my 8 speed mtb lever. Someone in customer service at Cambria Bicycle Outfitters <http://www.cambriabike.com/> was able to find one for me. Good luck.

I have a right side (Rear Der/Rear Brake) STI lever. It is a Shimano 600 Ultegra 8 Speed Lever. It functions perfectly. Contact me if you want it.
