:D

David Byrne is collaborating with Fatboy Slim to write a disco musical on the life of Imelda Marcos. Freakin' brilliant!

I sent Michael Moore an e-mail about doing a documentary about Cobra Commander. He hasn't gotten back to me yet. :( As long as Robin Williams has nothing to do with this, I'll probably go see it.

will this be like Evita by Andrew Lloyd Weber? sounds very interesting.

Probably more like Monty Python. ;) I think it'll be a comedy of sorts. :D

I used to follow Fat Boy around the bar scene in DC. What a great show. Manic madness. Good to hear he is creating again.

My favorite line - "Beat me with your rhythm stick"

Reminds me of that old Ian Drury song.

Hit me with your rythm stick (hit me! hit me!)
It's nice to be a lunatic...

Indeed. I must admit to having had the years mix my Slims. It was Rootboy Slim I used to follow around DC in the 70's. His Sex change Band was awesome. Fatboy and Ian Drury I also mixed up. Damn this aging crap. I just listened to my Ian Drury Live album and realized my mistake. Thanks Brillig.
