I have also heard this rumor and confirmed it as fact. Go to Re-cycles on Cary Street, just after mulberry and pick up a flyer.

Interesting, we ran into one of the re-cycle people at the seagull century a few weeks ago. Would love to coem visit RVA in the near future. Can't remember his name, but I think he is either a partner or the owner, he was riding a schwinn track for 100 miles in the rain...very cool.
