i don't really know anything about Mongoose...but i do know that most people don't like them.....so ...i stay away from them,,,but if you want a cheap bike go with a Haro f1 or f2...or a Poverty Buck 99...whatever you want...your choice

There is so such thing as a Haro F1, and mongoose bikes are not bad bikes at all, I'm not sure if the raf is good or not but i do know that mongoose makes some very high end completes that are acctually better then alot of companies completes they put out. The only people that knock mongoose bikes are the ones that don't know anything about them, or bikes in general and they judge the company by the fact that they sell some very low end completes at department stores like walmart. That is just a way for the company to make money. It does not at all make the company a bad choice to buy a higher end bike from.
Where do you get the idea there's no Haro F1?
As far as the Mongoose, what are the specs? They have a nice, full cro-mo one with 3 piece cranks, and then they have some crap. Which is it?
