I'm new to this site. I used to live in various parts of California for years, grew up there, and got into cycling when the Olympic bike race was staged in Mission Viejo in '84. I fell in love with the sport, and started racing in sprint triathlons and some of the more recreational bike races in the so. Cal area. Fast forward to now, I'm 40 yrs. old, wife and kid and all that, living in Brooklyn, haven't really ridden in years - and I really want to get back into the sport. There are guys who ride in Prospect Park (Brooklyn) that I'd like to ride with. I don't have a bike now, but am very set on the Bianchi Veloce - I'm looking for a deal on a new or used model that's 54cm.
Well, that's it for now - I welcome any and all input from anyone out there.
