Road Cycling - Which Carbon Fork?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm picking between 3 carbon forks...any opinions? Price is NO matter. Just looking at performance right now.
Columbus Muscle (http://www.columbustubi.com/english/megatube/index.htm)
Reynolds Ouzo Pro (http://www.reynoldscomposites.com/)
Time Avanti - Sorry, I couldn't find a decent link with info. If anybody could, I'd appreciate it.
I'm looking for a light fork. I also want it to be strong, and last for me.
Thanks,
velo
Ouzu Pro is the proven performer of the 3 you listed.
I would recommend the AME Alpha Q as the best choice.

I think you can't go wrong with the time or reynolds, but what about the Easton EC70? I've seen a lot of last years models, go for a very good price (retail 300, selling for 100-150) check around (nashbar.com performancebike.com), you may not have to spend 200-300 when you can get the same performance from a easton for half the price. I am using a Columbus Muscle fork on a very stiff aluminum frame. The combination creates a road bike that is responsive, with a light feel, and it doesn't beat me up. The fork is strong, yet it absorbs a lot of the road "buzz". I wouldn't have the Ouzo on this bike. It worked on my old Cannondale, but the 2 bikes are different animals.
After saying that, the qualifier is this: Forks are like saddles, tires shorts and everything else...personal preference wins out.
Ride as many bikes with the different forks as you can. I have a great LBS that will set me up to check out a lot of stuff. If you can find a shop like that, the choice are easier to make.
Good luck.
I agree with Tarantula. But it commonly not possible to test all the forks you want.
I think the Muscle is rated as an excellent fork. The reason I would pick the OZP is because it is a proven performer over at least 2 solid seasons on many racers bikes and very highly regarded.
Above all of those, I consider the Alpha Q the best designed and at least the equal if not better of the rest.
I have an Ouzo Pro on my Ti bike and love it. My frame builder recommended the WoundUp, but I liked the proven design of the Reynolds.
No regrets here... That being said, I'm not sure you _can_ go wrong with any of the top-o-the-line carbon forks.
RacerX hit the nail on the head here,
The AME Alpha Q is the best aftermarket
CF fork out there.

Thanks for the info. on the other forks. But, really, I have a choice of those three forks. I'd like to hear about them.

Profile all-carbon, around 345g before chopping the tube...one of the lightest on the market, worth consideration if that is your aim.

Ouzu Pro then. It's a great fork, light, good looking and quality build.
You're going to have a sweet bike once all this stuff is built up!
