Foo - Historical events on your birthday...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Model T goes on sale, first american superhighway opens, People's Republic of China created by Mao, Gorbachov becomes head of state in USSR, the Honeymooners premiered, Yosemite national park created, South Vietnam formally asked for our help getting us more involved in the war, and JP Morgan gives aid to the US to bail it out of a depression. Not much happened :)
