So a while ago I built this bike, and I've wanted to show it off for a while, but I haven't had any pictures. So here ya go. Pictures.

It is most frequently used for lunch runs at work (best/closest food is 2 blocks away). At that distance it is UNPARALLELED in speed and agility.

It has a 36x13 fixed/36x14 free gearing, and some of the wackiest wheels ever seen. It's not actually a track hub. I don't normally encourage the bb lockring thing, but the wheel is so small it'd be hard to get up enough momentum to really unthread the cog.

I have problems putting air in the tires, as you have to figure out which of the four valves per wheel actually do anything.

the torque on that hub can't be good for it. looks cool though.

Nice job.
Ummm.......doncha have a black 'n' yellow frame that still begs to be built, and are we gonna get to see it at the meet 'n' greet?

I'm actually going to try to rebuild the wheels with a slightly bigger rim, less spokes, and more crossing. We'll see what happens.

yes.... yes I do. I haven't paid off the loan I got for the frame, and I don't want to ride it until I pay that off (I'd hate to wreck it before I even really own it all the way). Once I do, I'm going to build it up with what I have while I save for the really nice parts it deserves. As far as seeing it, I'm happy to host some sort of something down here on the south side so ya'll can peek at it.

:D Is that a dog's squeek toy mounted on the bars? :D Priceless.
No doubt it's for rooting through traffic with a load of precious BAR-B-Q on boared. Extra sty-le points.
Sooo-weet bike.

no crack, you're seeing correctly. I found them in the trash that way. The front wheel is laced radial, the rear is spiral laced backwards. I dunno who dunnit.

What the hell do you think I'm gonna race on?!?!?!

Actually, I probably won't race, 'cuz I just don't do brakeless (I might on that), but it'd be awesome for stuff like foot-down and such. With enough space I think I could probably pull off backwards circles on it, not to mention the trackstand-to-bunnyhop-to-trackstand that is it's trademark move.
