This is going to be my first winter in Scotland. Where I come from, Malta, we never get any snow or frost. I'm looking forward to playing around in the snow. Anything in particular I should watch out for?

Snow is really fun but do not taste yellow snow.

Excuse my ignorance but what is 'yellow snow'?

Basically its snow and pee. Have you thought about skiing or snowboarding?

Cross county skiiing, particularly "skate skiing" is a gas. Winter biking can be fun, too, but it's way better on ice or packed snow (with studs) than in snow. I am also partial to snow shoeing - you can go places in winter that you would never be able access in warm weather. Embrace the cold and enjoy!!! Good luck.
