K... Im buying new cranks online but it gives me the options of 175 mm and 180 mm. is that the length of the cranks or the width of the bottom bracket?

It's the length of the crank arm, from spindle to pedal. Depending on your inseam you're spose to get a certain size, but I am spose to have 182 mm but thats way to big. I would just stick with 175 or 180 if you're taller.

If you're 6 feet tall or over, 180mm. Otherwise, 175.
