Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. i got a pair of old dura ace high flange track hubs 28h (obviously non-njs), but they came with a cog and lockring. now on the lockring there is unsually an njs stamp, but on this old one "BIA" is stamped into the cog and lockring. does anyone know what this means?

check out taras2000's comment - should explain it.
it is the old keirin stamp before the changing to NJS.
I was thinking it was for reservation use only...D.O.I.'s Bureau of Indian Affairs...
