On my PC I use Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net) and Tomato Torrent (google it) on my Mac. Basically you download the .torrent file and open it with your said Bittorent program. The .torrent file holds all the information about the tracker and so forth. Then it starts downloading pieces of the file and uploading at the same time. So if you have a bandwidth quota, monitor both sides although it almost defeats the purpose of Bittorrent since it's a distributed system. Enough mumbo jumbo.

Yeah, Azureus rocks. It's my preferred client - you'll need a few sites to download from - My link site has 6 of the best torrent sites - look toward the right hand side, from torrentspy down.

The above is the client, you'll also need the .torrent file for said client, then some patience as the file downloads.

wow....did you read my first question in the thread? I wanted to get the free messenger video that is currently on bit torrent, because mine never came in the mail.
