Well you could buy a kona stuff 2-4, it has 24" wheels and costs about 950 bucks. Good fork, its an entry level zocci dirtjumper, but the full size has 26" wheels, is still small, and has a drop off 4 fork. It goes for 1200. Norco has plenty of bikes in that price range, like the kompressor and rival, 1000 and 800 dollars. How tall are you? The Kompressor has 24" wheels and a 12 inch frame, tiny little thing. Its almost like the seat hight of a bmx. The rival has 26"wheels, and is just as small if you get the xs or s size. Oh, and kona also has the scrap and shred, which are lower cost versions of the stuff. Same frame, but cheaper components. I hope that helped, im sorry none of those are singlespeeds, but why waste on a single when you have a 1200 budget?
