I have one Record 10spd carbon (metal cage plates, carbon outer parallelogram link) short cage rear der. that was taken off of a bike after fewer than 500 miles b/c the woman went to a triple. Wholesale is $230 for the new style with the carbon cage, so you can take this from me for $200 shipped. pm if interested
