Here's a bit of trivia, does anyone know what size bottom bracket (in mm) corresponds to what type? The heght of the BB shell, on the inside.

edit: And BTW, it's called the "inner diameter", and it'll vary from manufacturer to manufacturer with American, because there's never been a set standard.
